  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: meaning that there is no Cancellation, Exchange or Return available.
  • In some rare case there is an incorrect or Damaged product, A return or exchange depending on the product availability will be arranged according to our preference
  • To get claim on an incorrect/missing or Damaged product, An Unboxing video is to be made. (complete video showing opening of the outer courier bag to the end, showing the defect in the video itself. NO cuts, edits or trimming will be considered.)
